By doing so, the organisation will be able to measure and analyse performance, giving them a good overview of the performance of the organisation, employees, service providers and or contractors.

With the Measuring and analyse of performance, the organisation will be able to provide accurate feedback on all areas of the organisation to stakeholders, employees and any interested parties.
